Can I cancel my order?
Our custom order cancellation policy requires at least a 1 week written request to sweetstocherish@gmail.com. This is to ensure that I have not already started on the order. If you cancel within before 8 days (by event date) you will be fully refunded. If you cancel 7 days and under, you may refunded up to 50%. We are more than happy to work with you if need to be rescheduled. Weddings have a different cancellation policy that will be discussed during consultation.
Is this a nut-free facility?
No, STC cookies are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts and wheat. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery.
Menu items may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, nuts and milk.
How long do cookies last and how to store them?
Decorated sugar cookies can last up to 2 weeks in a heat sealed cello bag.
Drop Cookies are best enjoyed the same day that they are baked fresh; however, they may be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days. When ready to eat, simply heat your cookies in a 300F oven for 1-3 minutes until warm and soft or in the microwave from 9-11 seconds
For optimal freshness and flavor, we recommend freezing any cookies you don’t plan to eat immediately. Cookies will last up to 2 months in an airtight container. Thaw out at least 2 hours before opening container.
Do you offer vegan, gluten-free or diary free options?
We wish we could cater to all diets but at the moment, we do not offer these options.
Do you offer private cookie classes?
We would love to host a private decorated cookie class. Please email info@sweetstocherish.com
Do you ship your cookies?
In order to protect the quality and condition of our cookies and due to the NC dept of Agriculture shipping policy, we are unable to ship.
